Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and attempt to completely suppress all feelings of impatience. (Spoiler alert: It won't work, but it's a fun little game.)
Find a relic of the past—a bound collection of paper pages—and attempt to consume media without an internet connection or a dedicated IP address. Note the strange feeling of not buffering.
Locate a blank wall. Sit down. Stare at it. The absence of moving images will grant you clarity and, possibly, existential dread.
Just start crying, while maintaining intense, tearful eye contact with a ceiling fan. You need to be prepared for the server's eventual, emotional return.
Select a hobby that takes exactly four hours to complete and requires zero power. For example: Whittle a tiny USB stick out of soap. By the time you're done, your server might be back.
Or at least go to the pub and have at least 7 beers. You will love it.
